Chloe is excited to begin her journey as a Developmental Therapist at Pioneer Therapy after three years of teaching preschool. Born in Chicago and raised in the northern suburbs, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from DePaul University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and an ESL endorsement.
She has had the privilege of working with children from infancy through age eight in a variety of classroom settings across Chicago. During her time as a teacher, Chloe had the opportunity to support a weekly social group session led by an occupational therapist and speech pathologist, which expanded her knowledge in supporting children with diverse needs and sparked her interest in early intervention. These experiences deepened her understanding that every child’s development is unique and that families play the most important role in supporting growth. Grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practices, Chloe partners with families to build meaningful skills in communication, social-emotional regulation, play, and independence. Through collaborative intervention, she ensures families feel supported to nurture their child’s development within daily routines. Passionate about early intervention, Chloe is committed to providing family-centred services that empower caregivers while fostering children’s progress across communication, social-emotional, motor, and cognitive domains.
Outside of her professional work, Chloe enjoys travelling, especially to England to visit family, going on walks and exercising, and cheering on her favorite baseball team, Go Cubs!
