$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
We are excited to offer a sign-on bonus for therapists who will be, or are already Early Intervention credentialed and prepared to begin accepting EI clients by July 15, 2026.

Compensation: $50.00 – $62.00 per hour

Education:
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Early Intervention credential or willingness to complete onboarding requirements
- Experience with EMR systems, case management, and patient assessment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients and optional adult clients
- Deliver therapy services in clinic, home, daycare, school, and virtual settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and functional needs
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Manage and maintain a consistent caseload and schedule
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and professional development activities

- Strong pediatric speech and language evaluation and treatment skills
