Compensation
Base Compensation Range: $50 – $72 per hour

Education:
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
- Early Intervention credential or willingness to complete onboarding process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and optional adult clients
- Deliver services across clinic, home, daycare, school, and community settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs
- Complete timely and compliant documentation within EMR systems
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Manage and maintain a consistent caseload and efficient schedule
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
Skills:
- Pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment skills
- Sensory integration and sensory processing intervention experience
- Knowledge of fine motor, visual motor, and handwriting development
- Activities of daily living (ADL) training including feeding, dressing, and self-care
- Executive functioning and self-regulation intervention strategies
- Early Intervention (EI) service delivery and family coaching experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and schedule organization skills
- Accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- Strong caregiver education and relationship-building skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High accountability, adaptability, and ownership mindset
