Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and optional adult clients
  • Deliver services across clinic, home, daycare, school, and community settings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs
  • Complete timely and compliant documentation within EMR systems
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Manage and maintain a consistent caseload and efficient schedule
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

Skills:

  • Pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment skills
  • Sensory integration and sensory processing intervention experience
  • Knowledge of fine motor, visual motor, and handwriting development
  • Activities of daily living (ADL) training including feeding, dressing, and self-care
  • Executive functioning and self-regulation intervention strategies
  • Early Intervention (EI) service delivery and family coaching experience
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and schedule organization skills
  • Accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong caregiver education and relationship-building skills
