Schedule & Expectations
- Flexible hybrid schedule with in-clinic work not required full-time
- Full-time clinicians maintain approximately 30 direct service and evaluation hours weekly
- Availability across five days per week, including at least one evening coverage day
- Strong focus on efficient scheduling and timely responsiveness to referrals
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $72,000 – $95,000 annually

Education:
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
- Early Intervention credential or willingness to complete onboarding process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and optional adult clients

- Complete timely and compliant documentation within EMR systems
