Compensation
Base Salary Range: $72,000 – $95,000 annually

Education:
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois or eligible for licensure
- Passion for pediatrics and Early Intervention services
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to growth and collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Provide pediatric physical therapy evaluations and treatment in Early Intervention and outpatient settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s functional needs and goals
- Deliver therapy services across home, daycare, school, telehealth, and clinic settings
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with company, payer, and state requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate parents and caregivers through home programs and progress updates
- Participate in IFSP meetings, care coordination, and team discussions
- Manage an organized and efficient caseload and schedule
- Ensure a positive client experience by addressing concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain compliance with licensure, credentialing, and continuing education requirements
- Support clinic operations and maintain a welcoming treatment environment
Skills:
- Strong pediatric physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning abilities
- Knowledge of Early Intervention models and IFSP processes
- Understanding of gross motor development, developmental delays, and neuromuscular conditions
- Ability to develop functional, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Experience with caregiver coaching and home exercise program development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with children and families
- Collaborative approach within multidisciplinary care teams
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced clinical environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation workflows
- Commitment to clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning
