Lindsey is a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist with 4 years of experience helping children and their families achieve their best possible outcomes. Specializing in a range of evidence-based techniques, Lindsey brings a holistic and compassionate approach to pediatric therapy, tailoring treatment to each child’s unique needs and developmental stage. She received her Doctorate from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine in the Department of Human and Movement Sciences and her undergraduate BA in Neuroscience at Washington University in St. Louis where she was a 4-year athlete on the Division 3 swim team.
Lindsey’s expertise includes Total Motion Release (TMR), a technique that focuses on the body’s natural ability to heal itself by balancing movements on both sides of the body. Additionally, Lindsey is trained in Schroth Scoliosis Therapy, a scoliosis-specific method that helps children and adolescents improve posture, spinal alignment, and function. The treatment also emphasizes strengthening core muscles to support spinal health. With a strong background in manual therapy, Lindsey uses hands-on techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance muscle function, always ensuring that treatment is gentle and effective for young patients.
Known for a patient-first approach, Lindsey works closely with families to develop treatment plans that integrate with daily life, supporting both the physical and emotional needs of children on their healing journeys. When not working with patients, Lindsey can be found swimming in the lake, biking out in the suburbs, and running on the local trail systems.
